Michael Baxter is an experienced trial lawyer who began his career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. Mr. Baxter was promoted to the Career Criminal/Violent Criminal Unit where he successfully tried over 60 cases.
Since 1999, Mr. Baxter has concentrated his practice in the areas of medical, professional and products liability defense. Mr. Baxter has been with Billing, Cochran since 2002 and specializes in the defense of hospitals and healthcare providers. He has been recognized as one of Florida Trend's Legal Elite
