Tucker Craig left the Organized Crime Division of the State Attorney's Office, where his extensive trial experience began, to join Billing, Cochran, Lyles, Mauro & Ramsey in 1987. Since that time, Mr. Craig has represented manufacturers and distributors in the defense of products liability claims involving products such as drugs, seat belts and cigarettes. He has also defended numerous toxic tort and exposure related cases. Mr. Craig also defends physicians in medical malpractice claims.
Additionally, Mr. Craig represents the nation's largest crowd management and event security company. He also represents one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in North America. Mr. Craig also has extensive experience in representing the hospitality and hotel industry in premises liability actions involving negligent security and liquor liability. Mr. Craig also provides legal counsel and represents the City of Fort Lauderdale and the Broward Sheriffs Office in a wide variety of legal matters.
