Tucker Craig left the Organized Crime Division of the State Attorney's Office to join Billing, Cochran, Lyles, Mauro & Ramsey in 1987. Since that time, Mr. Craig has represented manufacturers and distributors in the defense of products liability claims involving products such as drugs, seat belts and cigarettes. He has also defended numerous toxic tort and exposure related cases. Mr. Craig also defends physicians in medical malpractice claims.
Additionally, Mr. Craig represents one of the world's largest beverage distributors in the defense of its automobile, general and products liability claims. He has also been extensively involved in representing the hospitality and hotel industry in defending premises liability actions involving negligent security and liquor liability.
