Mr. Czelusta maintains an active civil trial practice representing hospitals, healthcare providers and others in the defense of medical malpractice claims, premises liability claims, wrongful death and personal injury claims. His previous experience includes representing the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney in Pensacola and later West Palm Beach. Through that experience, Mr. Czelusta had the opportunity to try numerous cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felony prosecutions.
