Rachel joined the firm in 2009 and is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. She maintains an active civil trial practice handling legal matters in medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, products liability and appeals. Mrs. Davant clerked for two years with the former Chief Judge, Mark E. Polen, of the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
A native of Providence, Rhode Island, Mrs. Davant received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Nova Southeastern University in 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Political Science with honors from the University of Rhode Island in 1998. She is an active member of The Florida Bar and Broward County Bar Association.
Mrs. Davant has been recognized by her peers as a "Rising Star" in Florida Super Lawyers.
