Ms. DeLuna is an associate in the West Palm Beach office where she focuses on all aspects of civil litigation in matters involving medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, general liability, automobile negligence, labor law, legal malpractice, and matters before the Florida Department of Health. She is an experienced trial attorney with over 19 years of experience and has tried over 80 cases.
Before joining the firm, Ms. DeLuna was in private practice for eight years defending healthcare providers in medical negligence actions. She began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, where she prosecuted all types of criminal cases from misdemeanors to homicide and death penalty cases.
Ms. DeLuna's current medical malpractice focus is enhanced by her prior experience as a respiratory therapist, having obtained an Associates degree in Allied Health from Indiana University in 1979. Thereafter, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1992.
She is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Federal Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association and Palm Beach Law Weekly Committee.
