Vivian Fazio joined the firm after gaining invaluable experience at the State Attorney s Office in Broward County. Since then, she has become an experienced litigator in many different areas of the law. She represents local govenments and agencies as well as quasi-governmental agencies throughout the State, including Community Development Districts, the Broward County Clerk of Courts and the Broward Sheriff s Office in both litigated and transactional matters.
Mrs. Fazio, who is fluent in Spanish, has a comprehensive practice, which encompasses handling medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and foreclosure cases in both state and federal courts. Her experience also includes the representation of healthcare providers in administrative proceedings brought by the Department of Heath.
