Vivian Fazio was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and joined the firm as an associate, after working as a certified legal intern for the State Attorney's Office in Broward County, and trying various misdemeanor cases and co-chairing homicide trials.
Mrs. Fazio, who is also fluent in Spanish, devotes the majority of her practice to litigating personal injury, wrongful death and products liability matters in state and federal courts. Mrs. Fazio also has extensive experience representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters and has represented individual physicians and dentists who are being investigated by the Department of Health, handling these matters from the initial complaint through final administrative hearing before the Board of Medicine. Throughout her career, Mrs. Fazio has also represented several hotels throughout South Florida in premises liability litigation.
