Greg Keyser has a broad background in all aspects of general civil litigation, with primary focus in defense of claims of negligence involving personal injury or wrongful death related to allegation of medical malpractice, negligence, premises liability, products liability, automobile negligence and all other allegations of negligence.

Mr. Keyser's current practice has a significant emphasis on representation of hospitals and physicians in defense of claims of medical negligence as well as negligence and premises liability claims against hospitals. Mr. Keyser is also actively involved in the defense of claims of bad faith against insurance companies and has experience in handling commercial litigation including claims related to real estate transactions, construction of homes or condominiums, eminent domain, real estate development, securities investment and general issues related to homeowners ,associations and condominiums.

Based upon Mr. Keyser's trial and litigation experience, he has conducted a sufficient number of civil jury trials as lead counsel to meet the criteria of the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of The Florida Bar to become board certified in Civil Trial Law in June of 1994, and met the Florida Bar requirements to become re-certified in Civil Trial Law in June of 1999. He has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell for many years.
