Dan Losey joined Billing, Cochran, Lyles, Mauro & Ramsey in 2000 after serving as a prosecutor for five years and directing other attorneys as a supervisor in the Felony Trial Unit. As a prosecutor, Mr. Losey tried approximately seventy jury trials focusing on murder and manslaughter cases. Additionally, as a police detective before becoming a prosecutor, Mr. Losey testified in approximately two hundred other jury trials. Mr. Losey specializes in defending medical malpractice and police professional litigation.
